Conditions: Calm
and clear, lake levels normal, shoreline exposed left side of river mouth.
No local precipitation between December 18th –
December 22. |
Largely plastic refuse less
than 10cm, concentrated in strandlines. Material extremely fragmented. Decomposition
and deterioration minimal. Approx. 54 liters of predominately fragmented plastic
material less than 5cm collected throughout shore line along left side of river
mouth concentrated in strandline. Large material noticeably absent, collected a
few plastic bottles, plastic lids and aluminum cans.

Foam pieces 2-4 cm = 9

Random plastic pieces 2cm-5cm = 112
