December 12 2014 shore line clean up left  and right banks of  La Baye de Montreux 13h00-14h00.

Conditions: 

 Calm, lake levels normal, shoreline exposed left side of river mouth.

High concentration of material 3 cm or less in strandlines, predominately cig butts, bottle caps, and various small plastics. Material in strandline in a state of decomposition and deterioration, indicative of having been submerged for a period of time and redeposited on shore after storm. Approx. 50 liters of material collected throughout shore line along both side of river mouth. Large material included pieces of furniture, traffic cones and metal signs. Composition of mid-sized items; McDonalds material, plastic bottles, cans etc.
