Samedi April 4 2015 shore line clean up left bank of La Baye de Montreux 14h00 - 15h00

Lake: choppy, normal shoreline exposure on left side of river mouth. 

Weather: light rain, overcast 8° C

3 liters of debris 

  

Fresh litter minimal. Material gathered from stream deposits and blown off the promenade. Composed of cig butts, plastic pieces (10 cm or less)  and metal scraps. Unusual trash: cooking oil bottle
   
Strong correlation between limited quantity of new litter and weather. Rainy and cold from March 30^th-April 4^th no picnickers, nor loitering adolescents and limited pedestrian activity along the boardwalk, therefor pollution levels low.
